The Atlas Group is a growing property management company seeking a highly organized Office Manager to support their corporate office. The role involves managing office operations, providing administrative support to executive leadership, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Manage walk-in vendors, clients, and visitors
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Coordinate and assist with corporate meetings (setup, scheduling, materials, refreshments, etc.)
Run local errands as needed (bank, supplies, document drop-offs, etc.)
Assist the COO with administrative and organizational tasks
Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and overall workflow
Provide general administrative support to the corporate team
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Reliable transportation for errands
Proficient in basic office technology (email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
Positive attitude, dependable, and proactive
Preferred
Previous experience in an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred
