Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and multi-state individual and business tax returns (S-Corps, partnerships, LLCs)
Lead tax planning, projections, and client discussions
Serve as the primary tax contact for assigned clients
Manage deadlines and workflows during tax season
Review work prepared by staff or contractors
Coordinate with advisory / fractional CFO work where relevant
Help improve internal processes and systems as the firm grows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant tax experience
Strong experience with pass-through entities and owner-managed businesses
CPA required or actively pursuing
Comfortable being client-facing and communicating clearly
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience working in a modern, cloud-based accounting environment
