Responsibilities
Lead HSE Culture & Compliance: Serve as the primary HSE liaison, embedding a strong health, safety, and environmental culture while ensuring organizational compliance with local regulations and ABB HSE standards
Strengthen HSE Capability & Risk Management: Optimize HSE processes and tools, oversee risk assessments, and ensure effective implementation of controls, preventive measures, and learning programs
Drive Incident Management & Continuous Improvement: Ensure timely reporting, investigation, and communication of incidents, sharing lessons learned and best practices to drive behavioral change and continual improvement
Monitor Performance & Manage Resources: Track and report HSE performance against KPIs and objectives, support budgeting for the function, and manage resources to meet financial and operational targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in health and safety or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years experience including 5 years in industrial supervision and/or training
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
