Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and Business Operations to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Proven Analytical Skills and experience in Finance to analyze data, interpret trends, and make strategic decisions
Experience in Program Management to oversee projects, align resources, and deliver results in a timely manner
Leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
Experience in fintech or a technology-driven industry is a strong advantage
