Design and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user growth and engagement in assigned markets
Develop and maintain partnerships with key influencers, communities, and strategic stakeholders
Lead both online and offline marketing efforts, including events, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
Work closely with global marketing, business development, and product teams to align initiatives with brand strategy and business goals
Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve performance targets and support long-term growth objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of marketing experience in technology, financial services, or related industries
Experience in leadership is required
Strong understanding of market dynamics and community engagement in relevant regions
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian are required
Strategic mindset with a proactive approach and ability to make data-driven decisions
