The Lead Engineer will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering technical solutions across core systems including CRM, CCM, vendor platforms, and cloud‑based applications.

Responsibilities
Design end‑to‑end technical solutions and lead implementation across multiple platforms
Oversee development teams and provide hands‑on engineering leadership
Architect scalable, secure applications leveraging Node.js, React, AWS, and DynamoDB
Evaluate existing systems, propose modernization strategies, and implement improvements
Manage vendor‑supported platforms such as Zendesk (CRM), SmartCom (CCM), and Axway (MFT)
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and automation tools
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor developers
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root‑cause analysis across application layers
Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, technology, or related field
8+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including web services and application components
Strong experience with AWS, Node.js, React, JavaScript, and DynamoDB
Proven full‑stack development expertise with ability to lead technical delivery
Strong communication skills and ability to guide cross‑functional teams
Experience supporting applications in the insurance domain
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions amid uncertainty
