Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with an ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative environment
Exceptional communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, to effectively engage with members and leadership teams
Analytical and organizational skills to strategize and support chapter growth and operations
Experience or knowledge in finance management to assist with chapter budgeting and ensure responsible financial practices
A passion for empowering others and fostering a community for personal, professional, and collective growth
Leadership experience, preferably within volunteer or community-based organizations
Flexibility and ability to work remotely while meeting deadlines and engaging with the chapter team
