In this role, you will review property-level financials, support audit processes, assist with fund-level accounting operations, and collaborate closely with asset management teams.

Responsibilities
Property Financial Review: Monitor monthly financials, cash flow, and capital activity prepared by third-party property managers
Accounting & Compliance: Analyze NOI trends, receivables, and budget variances while ensuring adherence to internal accounting policies
Asset Management Support: Collaborate with asset managers to assess property performance and review lease, tax, and expense audits
Reporting & Close Processes: Support quarterly and annual close, including investor reports, debt covenants, and coordination with audit and tax teams
Fund Accounting: Manage reconciliations, wire and draw requests, fee calculations, and transaction entries for real estate investments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
2-3 years of accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Preferred
CPA preferred
preferably in public accounting and/or real estate portfolio management
strong preference for experience using Yardi or other real estate platforms
