Administrative Assistant
Tech Spectrum is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to internal teams. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting day-to-day business operations in a virtual environment.
Computer Software
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including scheduling, email coordination, and document preparation
Maintain and organize digital files, records, and reports
Assist with data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
Support internal teams with routine operational tasks
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with standard office productivity tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
