Responsibilities
Developing tools and methodologies for monitoring project progress and problem solving with project managers
Creating templates for presentations and documents and assist with document preparation to ensure quality and consistency across team deliverables
Coordination with internal customers, external customers, partners, suppliers, and project team members
Responsibility for developing, maintaining, and communicating processes and process changes to impacted stakeholders
Interfacing with functional roles for staffing and forecasting
Ensuring consistent, predictable team progress to weekly, monthly, and annual goals
Prepare status charts, presentation slides, metrics, and tracking spreadsheets along with leading OneCyber project teams
Manage operational tasks through the implementation of Project Management principles
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance
Must have ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs, prior to the start of employment
Demonstrated experience with Project Management, Agile Team Management, and/or Technical Communications principles in a professional setting
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related professional/military experience

Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of management
