Acquire and price inventory using real-time market data
Manage reconditioning timelines and expense to maximize turn
Maintain competitive online pricing and merchandising standards
Partner with sales leadership to drive volume and gross
Analyze performance metrics including turn, days supply, and margin
Lead by example with urgency, structure, and accountability

Required
