The Senior Software Engineer – Low Code will design, build, and enhance business applications using modern Low Code platforms while managing stakeholder expectations and delivering scalable systems.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end application lifecycle—from business process design and workflow automation to testing and deployment within Low Code platforms
Develop and enhance critical business applications using Low Code platforms and, where needed, modern technologies such as C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom components
Advocate for high-quality engineering practices, including test-first/test-driven development, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevOps automation
Serve as a technical mentor and role model for junior engineers and cross-functional teams, ensuring that best practices are followed, and innovative solutions are championed
Collaborate closely with business groups to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring clarity and precision in requirement documentation
Actively participate in agile rituals, from sprint planning and backlog grooming to daily standups
Play an integral role in the engineering culture by fostering and contributing to an environment where innovation and continuous learning thrive
Contribute to discussions regarding technology direction ensuring that your team’s work aligns with corporate financial and strategic objectives
Lead by example in upholding a high standard of personal integrity, professionalism, and a “roll up your sleeves” approach to get the job done
Qualification
Required
.NET, C#
Modern web technologies (Angular, React, Vue, or similar)
Strong understanding of Low Code and No Code development platforms, including experience connecting to APIs and external data sources
Ability to translate business workflows into scalable Low Code applications
Low Code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar)
Integration with REST APIs and custom connectors
Understanding of governance and lifecycle management within Low Code environments
Agile testing and automation
CI/CD practices for Low Code platforms
Strong understanding of software design and architecture principles
Committed clean coder mindset, even in Low Code contexts
