Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations

Team management

Monitoring performance
Identifying process improvements
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Oversee inventory management
Assist in employee training and development
Communication and collaboration to foster a positive environment for both customers and team members
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
Knowledge of operational processes such as inventory management and scheduling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required
Prior experience in team leadership within the food service or hospitality industry is an advantage
