Opening Procedures
Troubleshooting Treez
Getting change for the floor/ADVANCED Cash Handling/troubleshooting
Correctly perform refunds
Comfortable with compliance knowledge
Delegating the sales floor
Being a resource for other guides
Handling customer complaints and appropriately delegating to management when necessary
Ensuring registers are on the floor and ready for guides
Store organization & cleanliness (inside & out)
General awareness of store operations
Ability to set an example and effectively lead sales floor
Communicate and coordinate with sales floor manager effectively
Keep customer wait times at acceptable levels
Ensure sales transactional efficiency
Work well under pressure with minimal supervision
Effectively communicate pre-shift to everyone on shift, for each shift
Set an example for model guide behavior and attitude on the sales floor
