Responsibilities
Monitor, coordinate, and assign daily work tasks to warehouse personnel
Oversee daily warehouse operations and complete end-of-shift reports
Follow up on operational issues and communicate updates to leadership
Work with the local team to identify improvement opportunities and report daily efficiency metrics
Work overtime and weekends as required
Maintain flexibility with shift hours, especially during fourth-quarter peak periods
Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations
Support and maintain the 7S Program
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, dependable, and responsible team contributor
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
Work performed in office and warehouse dock environments
Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
Moderate to loud noise levels
Preferred
Experience with SAP and/or WMS preferred
