Mentor and develop relationships with students facing barriers to education
Receive support and recognition from school and district administrators
Receive resources and instructional materials needed to utilize during the program
Participate in a two hour training in-person or virtually
Have fun with students who may otherwise not have the opportunity to experience this type of programming!
Qualification
Required
CERTIFIED TEACHER
Currently employed JCPS Full-time teachers
Assist in facilitating activities with students and community mentors
Mentor and develop relationships with students facing barriers to education
Participate in a two hour training in-person or virtually
Work the entire program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
