Long Range Surveillance (LRS) Program Support
VLinc Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Long Range Surveillance (LRS) aviation program under the U.S. Coast Guard. The role involves providing programmatic and technical support throughout the acquisition lifecycle phases, ensuring successful program execution through logistics, engineering documentation, and risk management.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead SME supporting the CG-9311 Long Range Surveillance (LRS) program
Prepare and maintain acquisition lifecycle documentation (e.g., Acquisition Program Baseline, Risk Management Plans, Integrated Logistics Support Plans)
Develop, analyze, and refine logistics and missionization strategies in support of production and deployment
Support and facilitate IPT and WIPT meetings, including organizing logistics, preparing materials, recording minutes, and tracking actions
Manage program documentation through the USCG's Task Management System (TMS) and Document Coordination and Routing System (DCARS)
Create and maintain program-level data sets, correspondence logs, workflow diagrams, and program schedules
Coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment with USCG Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF), DHS Directive 102-01, and COMDTINST M5000.10
Provide systems engineering insight, particularly relating to USCG-specific avionics and mission system architectures
Support program briefings, stakeholder coordination, and data calls as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting DoD or DHS major systems acquisition programs
At least 6 years specifically supporting USCG aviation programs, with knowledge of the ALF and DHS acquisition directives
Strong knowledge of logistics, acquisition documentation, and government procurement procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document routing systems (TMS, DCARS)
Ability to facilitate meetings, prepare detailed technical documents, and manage multiple concurrent priorities
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience with USCG-unique avionics and mission systems
Familiarity with COMDTINST M5000.10 and DHS Instruction/Guidebook 102-01-001
PMP certification or DAWIA Level III equivalent in Program Management or Logistics
