Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media graphics and ads, and advertisements
Develop visual concepts and layouts in line with HARTING’s brand guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
Edit and retouch images for use in marketing materials
Support the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and animations, as needed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Canva
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment
