Joy Network is seeking to hire its first Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build a talent-dense engineering team in web3. The role involves proactively sourcing top talent, shaping hiring strategies, and contributing to HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Proactively attract, network with, and source the top decile of tech + non-tech talent in web3
Own and strategize how to build a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline for our toughest and most high impact searches
Partner directly with our Founder and Engineering Leaders on market mapping, talent strategy, and hiring priorities
Contribute to wider HR work, recruiting operations, tooling, and automation projects as we scale
Qualification
Required
Strong learning mindset and proven enthusiasm for Web3
1–4 years of experience in sourcing talent, with exposure to technical or engineering roles
At least 1 years of experience in web3 specific talent pools or crypto adjacent companies (CEX's / blockchain analytics / etc.)
Proven ability to run outbound sourcing end-to-end and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
Strong written communication skills and comfort engaging highly technical candidates
High grit, resilience, and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
