Human Resources Generalist II

Reliable Medical is seeking a confident, growth-minded HR Generalist II to join their fast-paced and rapidly scaling HR team. This role supports employees and leaders across multiple locations while maintaining neutrality, confidentiality, and high standards of service, contributing to meaningful organizational change.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders across multiple regions
Maintain neutrality and confidentiality while handling employee relations matters
Conduct intake, documentation, and follow-up for HR issues with professionalism and consistency
Support investigations, performance conversations, and corrective actions
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR process execution
Partner with leaders to address concerns, clarify policies, and guide next steps
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and HRIS data
Support benefits, leave administration, and compliance activities
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
Contribute to building new HR processes, tools, and workflows as our HR department evolves
Participate in strategic HR initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness

Required

Ability to stay calm, neutral, and objective
Strong boundaries and understanding of confidentiality

Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, employment law, and best practices
Experience supporting employee relations, documentation, and policy interpretation
Advanced understanding of Benefits Administration
Strong judgment and ability to know when to escalate
Growth‑minded, coachable, and open to feedback
High initiative with strong problem‑solving skills
Comfortable with change, evolving processes, and building structure where it doesn't yet exist
Thrives in a strategic HR environment, not just transactional work
Organized, detail‑oriented, and consistent
Team‑oriented with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude

Preferred

3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
Multi‑state HR experience
Healthcare or high‑volume service environment experience
