Responsibilities
Take ownership of and execute a finance plan for the 2026 cycle
Develop realistic goals and fundraising projections for the campaign, including call time, events, PAC, digital, and direct mail projections
Identify potential donor prospects for the campaign, and work to develop and maintain donor relationships for the campaign
Manage the Call Time Manager and hire additional finance staff as needed
Build an in-state and national fundraising events program and manage relationships with event hosts
Track and report weekly fundraising numbers and maintain an accurate finance plan
Coordinate with fundraising consultants, as well as partner organizations
Work with the compliance team to ensure efficient processing and reporting of contributions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least one cycle of fundraising experience on a Congressional race or equivalent
Experience planning fundraising events required
Proficiency with Numero, Warchest, and ActBlue required
Superior time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
Access to a cell phone, laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
Preferred
Previous experience managing staff preferred
