Responsibilities
Master digital advertising strategy (both DR & persuasion)
Lead multiple statewide and/or national advertising campaigns, partnering with other teams and colleagues to drive results and with moderate support from manager and email team colleagues
Master core ad platforms/vendors & begin experimentation with new platforms, tactics, and strategies
Manage all elements of an account with a moderate degree of support, and own key aspects of medium and/or large accounts, including projections and media planning, content creation, ad testing, trafficking, optimizing, reporting, list rental/other acquisition buys, CRM management, client communication and cost tracking
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of professional experience running digital marketing campaigns with a focus on Facebook, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform and/or Twitter advertising
Experience working with Facebook Ads and Business Manager
Experience working on a political campaign, at a political organization, or within a firm that works with one of those two
Experience talking campaign or organizational leaders through the results of direct response marketing campaigns
Experience using constituent relationship management software such as Blue State Digital, NGP, ActionKit, Salesforce or other platforms
Impeccable attention to detail and metric-driven analytical thinking
Preferred
Experience in report template design, data visualization, and presentation design a plus
