Working closely with Safety, HR, and Operations to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting CDL-A drivers in the trucking industry
Strong understanding of DOT requirements and driver qualification standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain structured follow-up
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
