Sales Manager - Staffing Agency
G & G Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across the Metro East Area. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing client companies to generate job opportunities for individuals seeking employment.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand G & G Staffing Agency’s client base throughout the Metro East Area
Identify, prospect, and secure new client companies requiring staffing solutions (temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, HR departments, and business owners
Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, presentations, and site visits
Analyze client workforce needs and propose tailored staffing solutions
Collaborate closely with the recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment of staffing needs
Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms with clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local employment needs
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and forecasts
Represent G & G Staffing Agency professionally at networking events, job fairs, and community business functions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within a staffing agency or workforce solutions environment
Strong knowledge of the Metro East Area business landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
Preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
