Responsibilities
Own a book of MSP client accounts end-to-end
Manage renewals, agreements, seat changes, and service alignment
Keep accounts organized and documented inside ConnectWise
Identify and close upgrades (security, users, projects, standardization)
Qualification
Required
3+ years MSP Account Management / TAM / vCIO / Client Success experience
Strong experience with ConnectWise Manage (required)
Strong experience with Quoter (required)
Proven ability to manage renewals + agreements and drive account upgrades
Professional communication and follow-through
