Target 1,800 billable hours annually with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses

Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of experience as an attorney
Willingness to take cases to trial
Ability to take ownership of caseload
Significant client interaction skills
Ability to handle matters independently from start to finish
Preferred
Prior experience in franchise law (not required but preferred)
Experience in trial or arbitration hearings
