Responsibilities
Review and draft sales, vendor, and other contracts
Interact with all internal teams at ASICS, including ecommerce, intellectual property, and retail operations
Conduct Legal research into areas such as privacy, sports marketing, brand protection, compliance, sustainability, and ecommerce
Build analytical, communication, and general legal skills
Present to the Legal Team projects which you worked on during the program
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Embodies and demonstrates company ethics and values
Abides by all federal, state and local laws
Qualification
Required
Must currently be in your second year of pursuing a law degree at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail
Experience collaborating with others and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for results
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and engage in continuous learning
