Community Medical Center is a fully accredited acute care hospital offering world-class medical treatment. They are seeking a highly dedicated RN for a full-time night position in their ED Crisis Unit, where the RN will assist in caring for patients in crisis and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

The RN is an intricate part of the ED Screening Team assisting in caring for patients in Crisis in a Locked Unit
Team consists of Psychiatrist, RN, MHA & MH Screener
Administers and notes reactions to psychotropic drugs and other medications
Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patients
Assists the client in understanding the nature of emotional disturbances and accepting the need for treatment

Qualification

RN DegreeNJ RN LicenseBLS CertificationACLS CertificationPALS CertificationED ExperienceBehavioral Health ExperienceBSNCertification

Required

RN Degree
NJ RN License
BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association)
At least one year Current ED or Behavioral Health Experience
