Responsibilities
Participate in a critical project to upgrade networking equipment
Work over the phone with users in onsite locations to walk through necessary steps for network conversion
Conduct test orders to validate successful conversion
Follow detailed processes with documented steps to ensure accuracy
Explain directions clearly to onsite contacts
Qualification
Required
Experience working in an IT Support role (helpdesk and/or desktop support)
Working knowledge of IT hardware/software
Ability to work over the phone with a user in an onsite location
Attention to detail
Strong ability to explain directions to the onsite contact
