Responsibilities
Review payroll, timekeeping, and census data for completeness and accuracy
Import timekeeping and payroll data from other formats into Excel
Organize and clean data for analysis
Perform Excel-based analysis
Manage timelines across multiple cases
Communicate updates to attorneys
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics, information systems, economics, project management, or a related field
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
Strong attention to detail
Logical reasoning and problem-solving
Clear communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Advanced Excel training or a demonstrated high-level of Excel proficiency
Formal project management training or certification
Experience in legal, payroll, HR, finance, or compliance environments
