Responsibilities

Learn about critical connector product lines and how they are manufactured
Prepare technical documentation including engineering drawings, standard work documentation, and test reports as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and process optimization

Required

Have earned a high school diploma or GED
Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered)

Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
