Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continually optimize a regional sales strategy to drive new business and grow market share in target industries
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Directors
Strengthen existing client relationships while strategically expanding into new accounts
Drive new client acquisition through a mix of proactive outreach, networking, industry event participation, and strong follow-up
Partner with your team to craft and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals that position Job&Talent as a trusted workforce partner
Stay ahead of light industrial market trends, competitive landscape, and regional economic indicators
Own regional sales KPIs and revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading regional, national, or enterprise sales teams in light industrial, B2B, or SaaS environments supporting manufacturing, logistics, distribution, 3PL, automotive, and/or supply chain industries
Deep expertise in new business development and consultative sales, with a hands-on, proactive leadership style
Strong coaching and team-building skills with a proven ability to develop talent and drive high performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
Willingness to travel as needed for team training, client meetings, and closing strategic deals
