Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead new product development projects to ensure alignment with business goals
Develop and maintain project timelines, communicating changes and ensuring milestones are met
Facilitate communication between engineering, production, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless execution
Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess and allocate resources effectively based on project needs and priorities
Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or setbacks
Prepare regular project updates, tracking progress, challenges, and resolutions for key stakeholders
Implement best practices in project management to drive efficiency, consistency, and successful product launches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in new product development
Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and manufacturing processes
Demonstrated success managing projects from concept through production launch
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
