Able to draft Pleadings
Excellent Research and Writing skills
Knowledge of the Local Rules and Procedures
Possess Excellent Discovery Skills
Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc
Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook
Case Management Experience
Trial experience helpful
