Responsibilities
Conduct case evaluations, liability analyses, and early strategy planning
Build strong damages packages: medicals, wage loss, future care, and supporting evidence
Draft compelling demands and negotiate settlements with carriers
Maintain excellent client communication and expectation management
Draft pleadings, written discovery, and motion work; handle meet-and-confer process
Take and defend depositions; coordinate experts and case development
Prepare mediation/arbitration submissions and drive cases toward resolution
Trial prep support as needed (depending on experience and case needs)
Qualification
Required
Active Washington State Bar license (in good standing)
3+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred; defense with meaningful plaintiff transition considered)
Proven ability to manage deadlines, client relationships, negotiations, and litigation workflow
Strong writing skills and sound judgment
Preferred
Comfortable managing files from start to finish—pre-lit through litigation
Excellent negotiator with disciplined case valuation instincts
Confident handling depositions, mediations, and motion practice
Organized, proactive, and accountable in a remote environment
