Managing wage and hour and class action matters from inception through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Propounding and responding to discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Appearing in court and attending mediations
Interviewing clients and class members
Supervising and collaborating with legal support staff
Qualification
Required
Attorney with experience in plaintiff-side employment law
Ability to manage wage and hour and class action matters from inception through resolution
Experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Experience in propounding and responding to discovery
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Ability to appear in court and attend mediations
Experience in interviewing clients and class members
Ability to supervise and collaborate with legal support staff
Willingness to work full-time, onsite in Seattle
Strong advocacy and professionalism skills
Ability to communicate proactively and take initiative
