Responsibilities

Build walls, floors, trusses, and stairs in a manufacturing setting
Use basic tools, hand-powered tools, table saws, tape measures, and nail guns
Work collaboratively in a team environment to construct wall panels or trusses
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Lift up to 75 lbs sparingly throughout the shift
Work 50 hours per week, with overtime as required

Required

Reliable and hardworking
Ability to work on your feet
Collaborate with a team of 3-4 individuals
Build walls, floors, trusses, and stairs in a manufacturing setting
Use basic tools, hand-powered tools, table saws, tape measures, and nail guns
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Lift up to 75 lbs sparingly throughout the shift
Work 50 hours per week, with overtime as required
Experience reading a tape measure down to 1/8" and passing a tape measure test
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced production team environment
Mechanical aptitude

Preferred

1+ years of experience in framing or construction
Experience with nail guns or table saws
Blueprint reading experience
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged, with accommodations for orientation and training
