Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests
Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
Preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
