Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Tort Law and legal principles
Experience in drafting Motions
Familiarity with courtroom procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Bar admission and good standing in the state of Arizona, or ability to obtain licensure
Preferred
Experience in personal injury law is a plus
