Responsibilities
Image, configure, and deploy approximately 300 Windows laptops for new employees
Use Microsoft Autopilot and Intune to provision and enroll devices
Ensure systems meet company standards for security, software, and configuration
Provide hands-on support to end users during initial setup and onboarding
Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and application issues
Assist with Active Directory user/computer management
Support users as they transition into the new IT environment following acquisition
Document deployment processes and common issues as needed
Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure a smooth rollout
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Windows 10/11
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Working knowledge of Active Directory (user accounts, groups, computers)
Experience deploying and supporting laptops at scale
Solid troubleshooting and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume deployment
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
