Responsibilities
Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers
Provide solutions to customers and to maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling
Handle customer enquires
Follow up the transaction at cashier counter
Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on store event
Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor
Provide support in merchandising arrivals
Provide support for in-store events
Provide support in visual merchandising and display
Enforce safety, health and security rules
Qualification
Required
College degree and above
Position requires minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Energetic, enthusiastic and team player
Service oriented
Tactful in handling customers
Good communication skill
Good fashion sense
Independent
Fluent in Mandarin with proficiency of other languages will be an advantage
Preferred
Retail experience preferred
Experience in luxury business a plus
