GTM Associate (Remote)
AlteraSF is an AI-first startup focused on transforming how companies evaluate and hire talent. The GTM Associate will drive outbound prospecting, manage early customer relationships, and support customer conversion efforts.

Responsibilities
Run outbound via email, LinkedIn DMs, and light phone outreach
Use Apollo or other lead gen tools to source leads, execute sequences, and manage follow-ups
Target HR leaders, recruiters, founders, and hiring managers
Maintain consistent outreach volume and quality
Qualify prospects for ICP fit, pain, urgency, and buying authority
Identify decision-makers and basic buying structure
Clearly articulate AlteraSF’s value proposition in writing & live conversations
Schedule & support product demos + own conversion from qualified prospect to paying customer
Act as the initial & primary point of contact for inbound + outbound prospects
Own ongoing customer relationship management from first outreach through evaluation & paid conversion
Coordinate clean internal handoffs when deeper product, technical, or leadership involvement is required
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in SDR, BDR, sales, or lead generation roles
Hands-on experience with Apollo or other lead generation tools & LinkedIn outreach
Preferred
B2B SaaS or HR tech experience is a plus, not required
