Responsibilities
Lead the full scope of Nautilus Homes' marketing initiatives - from brand storytelling and content creation to events, PR, and digital strategy
Act as the brand's artistic and creative director, ensuring every visual and written element aligns with our high design standards
Manage relationships with top-tier marketing firms and creative vendors
Plan and execute brand events, community engagements, and cultural experiences that strengthen our local presence
Oversee all communications, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and client materials
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
Track marketing performance, ROI, and budget allocations with discipline
Support sales efforts through collateral development and lead generation strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or creative direction
Proven ability to balance creative vision with business strategy - thinking like both a designer and a marketer
Strong visual sensibility and experience approving or directing creative work
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, OneDrive, and major social platforms
Local presence in Sarasota or willingness to relocate
Enthusiasm for architecture, design, and storytelling through visual and experiential mediums
Preferred
