Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for compiling updates on partner capabilities and offerings through vendor contact and disseminating to the rest of the team
You’ll also monitor trends, tools, opportunities and applications in both the digital media ecosystem and in the streaming industry, and apply knowledge accordingly, all while working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products/businesses supported by a proven large-scale media property
On any given day, you might:
Learn and assist in applying Disney+’s display, video, and audio strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion & efficiency
Assist with various essential tasks including budget management and reconciliation, media ad trafficking, tracking, and reporting
Support team in development and evaluation of publisher RFPs, while effectively utilizing media research tools and resources to create strong media plan recommendations
Maintain media plan documentation, insertion orders, contact lists, post-launch proof of placement decks, etc. from the beginning through the end of the campaign lifecycle
Execute Quality Assurance (QA) of ad tracking functionality and creative units to identify and solve any issues
Track partner performance daily to ensure campaign effectiveness, holding partners accountable for achieving KPIs

Required

Ideal candidate will have some experience with direct response campaigns
Hands on experience with Google Marketing Platform suite (i.e. DV360, CM, etc.), Yahoo DSP or Amazon DSP
Skilled in all Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel
Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
Sense of humor and desire to have fun!
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Candidate must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule and available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship
Able to provide own housing and transportation in the NY, NY area

Preferred

Media agency internship experience
Digital Media Marketing internship experience
Global/international media buying experience
Preferred Junior or Senior in pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media or related majors are preferred
