(GITI) is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Business Development and Capture to serve as the architect for our next growth phase with CYBERCOM and broader defense markets. This role involves identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing new high-value opportunities in Cyber, AI/ML Analytics, Cloud, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: execute GITI’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding our footprint in USCYBERCOM and its service components, and broader defense markets
Pipeline & Capture Ownership: Take ownership of the identification, qualification, and aggressive capture of opportunities across Cyber, AI/ML Analytics, Cloud, or DevSecOps
Revenue Impact: Directly responsible for securing a healthy, strategically aligned pipeline
Solution Shaping: Work directly with our technical SMEs to translate capabilities into solution concepts, win themes, and value propositions that resonate with customer goals
Executive Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and partners to stay informed on evolving needs and position GITI as a trusted mission enabler
Refinement & Strategy: Maintain ongoing communication with the leadership team, sharing progress, identifying potential risks, and contributing ideas to help refine capture approaches and growth strategies as markets evolve

Years of Experience: 10 years of experience successfully delivering growth
Relevant experience supporting and securing funded opportunities (at least ~$75M) in Cyber, AI/ML, Cloud, DevSecOps, or Agile software development for DoD customers
Background in capture management activities such as customer engagement, teaming discussions, solution shaping, and proposal support
Understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle, including non-IDIQ, IDIQ, CSO, OTA, and task-order environments
Ability to work collaboratively with technical leads, proposal teams, and industry partners to help shape competitive offerings
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across government and industry stakeholders
Self-motivated, organized, and able to advance opportunities while aligning with broader BD strategies and direction from the CGO
