Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies and partnerships aligned with client goals (reach, engagement, conversions)
Build and manage strong relationships with influencers/ambassadors, adeptly negotiating deals and overseeing content creation
Monitor campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and recommend data-driven strategies for optimal outcomes
Leverage UGC (user-generated content) to create compelling, ad-ready content for clients' paid marketing efforts
Stay at the forefront of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure strategies are cutting-edge
Collaborate with internal teams (community managers, strategists) to align influencer selection and campaign deliverables with strategic goals
Work closely with clients to define successful influencer approaches, fostering long-term partnerships and exceeding expectations

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
A creative mind that thrives on developing innovative influencer partnerships and content ideas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing influencer budgets exceeding $50,000
Proactive, organized, and adept at juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a meticulous eye for detail
The ability to identify and understand diverse client target audiences and tailor content accordingly
Adaptability to match the style, tone, and voice of various clients
Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
Proficiency in Mac and Google Suite presentation products, Google Analytics, and basic website CMS
Experience with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Tagger)
Highly motivated and a self-starter with a commitment to exceeding expectations for yourself and your team
