Required
A minimum of 5 years progressive experience
Experience in high-rise buildings and coordination on large-scale projects
Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical design standards and codes
Comprehensive Knowledge of modern and complex principles and practices of electrical engineering in order to design and design review
Ability to use CAD, REVIT tools, or comprehensive process of using personal computers and Word Processing Software
Knowledge of procedure and terminology for designing; writing specifications; and performing construction support, design review, and project management
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels
Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to transfer knowledge to others in the design and preparation of drawings, specifications and estimates to use in the course of design
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
Ability to motivate staff through proper direction and counseling
