Manager, Salesforce Revenue Cloud

The Manager, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, will lead the migration from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud, ensuring optimal operation of quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering, and billing processes.

Responsibilities
Experience in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud architecture
Proven experience in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations (CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, Revenue Recognition)
Experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows)
Expertise in data modeling, system integrations (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware, ERP), and security design
Deep understanding of pricing strategies, product modeling, discounting, approval workflows, subscription lifecycle management, and revenue forecasting
Salesforce certifications: CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect (preferred)
Define and implement solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and system enhancements
Provide architectural governance, design best practices, and technical leadership for CPQ and Billing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Product) to ensure seamless system adoption
Lead workshops, create solution blueprints, and develop proof-of-concepts for business validation
Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party applications
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data, and integration standards
Mentor and guide development/configuration teams on best practices
Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud releases and recommend continuous improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud architecture

5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations or migrations
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and cross-functional dependencies
Ability to lead sophisticated system initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable operating at the intersection of business process and technical design
Preferred
Salesforce certifications: CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect (preferred)
Salesforce platform experience in Sales Cloud and related integrations
Experience working with Finance and Revenue Operations teams
