Responsibilities
Oversee nightly warehouse functions, including order selection, staging, and truck loading
Lead and coach team members to ensure accuracy, productivity, and safety
Monitor and enforce OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards
Handle scheduling, training, and performance management
Partner with other departments to meet delivery timelines and quality expectations
Ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are maintained and operating properly
Manage documentation, inventory, and compliance processes
Respond promptly to work-related injuries and safety concerns
Identify opportunities for process improvement and space optimization
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse distribution
At least 1 year of supervisory experience managing an hourly workforce
Proven leadership and team development abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Working knowledge of warehouse methods and logistics best practices
Familiar with OSHA regulations, HACCP standards, and inventory control
Ability to analyze and act on operational data
Proficient with basic computer systems
Must be comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (dry, refrigerated, freezer)
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
Frequent walking, standing, and bending
Periodic overhead reaching and desk work
