The role offers full autonomy with a flexible schedule, allowing the psychologist to provide therapy to adults and adolescents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
Create your own flexible schedule
Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and adolescents
Utilize and deepen your experience in evidence-based modalities
Participate in monthly team meetings and clinical consultations
Opportunity to supervise an unlicensed clinician for additional compensation
Option to lead groups or family therapy
Minimal administrative burden with extensive support
Reliable referral pipeline from our active waiting list
Integrated team collaboration with Psychiatric NP and Dietitian
In-network with insurance
Qualification
Required
Active New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
Ability to maintain a caseload of 20+ clients per week
Training in evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, IPT)
Strong interpersonal, conceptualization, and diagnostic skills
Commitment to holistic, culturally responsive care
